Updated 2023 COVID-19 Guidelines

We have removed the COVID-19 mask requirement based on updated requirements and practices. Riders may wear a face mask if they choose. See our COVID-19 Guidelines for more information.

Cancellation Policy

All shuttle reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. When making a reservation, you are reserving a spot for yourself and your guests, which limits available seats for others. Late or no-show reservations will not be refunded. Same-day cancellations of shuttle runs are considered canceled and cannot be applied toward another date.

Less than 72 hours’ notice = no refund will be issued.
72+ hours prior to the trip = 50% of the amount collected will be refunded

Sorry to say due to the new policy with our credit card processing company any refunds issued will be minus the cc transaction fee starting March 1st, 2020.

Please Be on Time

Times listed on the schedule page and on your confirmation email are the departure times from each location. Please arrive 10 minutes early in order to keep the shuttle on schedule. We cannot promise a seat on another run if you are late and miss your shuttle.

Running Late?

If you are running late, you may try to reach us at 530-303-2404 to see if you can get on at a different stop. We will do our best to help you out however, if we cannot get you on at a different stop or a different run, the Cancellation Policy above applies. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us.

Put-in Fees

If you are riding the shuttle AND we are taking your boating gear to Chili Bar, the shuttle will pick up the tab for you on your put-in fees for Chili Bar. However, if you drive to Chili Bar with your gear, drop it off, and then ride the shuttle back up to Chili Bar, YOU are responsible for your put-in fees. The shuttle paying your Chili Bar fees incentivizes you to drive less in our little valley. Park your car in Coloma and leave it there; no need to drive back and forth shuttling your gear.

If you are requesting a drop-off at either Henningsen Lotus Park or Marshall Gold Discovery Park, you are responsible for paying the attendant your put-in fees. If you have questions about this, please contact the coordinator at 530-303-2404 or by email.

On the Shuttle

Dogs in the Shuttle Van

Please remember we love dogs, but not everyone else does.

If you are bringing a dog on the shuttle, you must notify us in advance at 530-303-2404 before your shuttle date or you will be turned away and no refund will be given. Your dog must ride between the driver’s seat & the front passenger seat on the floor.  They may not be free-roaming.  They may not sit on the seats or block any aisle and will need to be controlled by an adult.

We will review the policy with you and determine if your dog can ride the shuttle.  These policies are in place to protect both the riders & the shuttle service.  Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Food & Drink in the Shuttle Van –  eating and drinking in the van will not be allowed. Please finish your snack & drink prior to loading up into the vans.

After a long day on the water, we understand you may want to snack on the way back to your car. However,  we kindly request that you not eat or drink in the vans. Our permit does not allow open containers or consumption of alcoholic beverages while being shuttled by us. You will be asked to either finish it or pour it out before boarding the shuttle.

Smoking & Tobacco Use in the Shuttle Van

There is no smoking or tobacco use in the shuttle.
